When Refunds Are Eligible

Refunds may be considered only if the project or digital service has not begun. Once work starts or access to any digital content is provided, refunds cannot be issued. For subscription-based services, cancellation must be requested before the next billing cycle.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days using the same payment method used during purchase. All refund requests must be sent in writing to our official email address with complete details.

Cases Where Refunds Are Not Applicable

Refunds cannot be issued for completed work, digital deliveries already accessed, or projects where considerable time and resources have been invested. In special situations, partial refunds may be granted solely at our discretion.
